FM Duration Medical professionals claim that Fibromyalgia (FM) is not a progressive illness. However, many people who've lived with FM for 10+ years attest that their FM has indeed progressed.

Just as there is no cure for CFS/ME, there is also no cure for FM. However, some patients may experience long periods of remission where their symptoms improve.
